Positive
  • I regularly do a 5 mile run and these are up to the demand, great grip, lot’s of appropriate placed shoe support and cushion, nice wide area in the toebox and these are even good for cross training, superb shoe and a nice price,.
  • These are very impressive I have used them for hiking, power walking and jogging, these can be on my feet all day and I get long comfort, nice dry feet all the time and top support from the solid build of these.
  • Found these good for treadmill, running roads, inclines and these let me comfortably push for speed, breath ability is above average and the traction bites really well. The arch support is really helping my feet get past previous foot ache problems.
  • Very effective stabilioty in the shoe structure, these are quick and light on my feet, the interrior of these allows the right amount of space, width is true to sizing, the traction on these is great for roads and hard mud trails, but can slip in the wet. These are such good performance shoes and the durability seems good so far.
  • I love these, they are higher quality and fair value, nice and light for speed running, the tread grips very well, the shoe width is a nice fit and the shoes give enough space for comfort, ventilation for the shoes is good, stability is really very well built into these. Recommended as a good shoe, 4 stars.
  • No kidding, I have done 1,000 miles in these, running 4 times each week on streets, treadmill and paved trails, the shoe is light and unlike previous brands, these support and protect my ankles.
  • Used for a month, everything for these shoes is great, I run an 8 mile route twice a week, the inside foam is really durable and comfort, stability works a treat and grip is impressive.
  • Nice weight, great arch system for support, the shoe is sturdy and durable, very impressed by breathability, nice for walking and road running.
  • Perfect for my jogs three times a week on sidewalks, very comfortable, affordable and while not running, they are good casual shoe. Love the traction.
  • No need to break in these are good from the word go, true fit, comfortable for moderate distances, I even use these for weights. Negative, the tongue slips to the side.
Negative
  • The cushioing is minimal, uncomfortable and I can feel stones under my feet, the shoe lacks real support around the ankles, the tread base is showing signs of coming away from the shoe and this is just after only 8 weeks.
  • These feel uncomfortable, the ankle area for these does not give the support which I expect, very uncomfortable on sidewalks or road surfaces, these jolt my feet. The cushioning is not enough and the traction gives up when running on wet surfaces, very slippery.
  • Just three months old and these have fallen to bits, the sole peeled away from the left shoe to make these totally unusable, not good at all.
  • I got these for distance running but the traction for these is only good on dry surfaces and tend to slip when there has been some rain, the ankle area of the shoe seems short on giving support, breathability is nice but the shoe does let in dusty dirt.
  • These are short on cushion, after a mile or two the impacts for my feet are noticeable on my ankles and knees, I know if I continue in these that my joints will get damaged.

Weighing in at a paltry 9 ounces, this shoe stands out as being surprisingly light for the features that it has to offer. This is due to proprietary construction materials being used to maximize performance while minimizing weight impact of the shoe. When you're running, the last thing you want is a heavy shoe that undoes all of the benefits that the product has to offer. Luckily, the Reebok Zquick does not do this.
